Do you need our help?
Everyone has the right to their own body – and the right to live a dignified life, free from coercion and control. No one has the right to exploit you. If someone is forcing or coercing you into performing sexual acts, begging, working without pay, stealing, or committing other crimes, that is human trafficking. The person subjecting you to trafficking is committing a crime. You have done nothing wrong – and you have the right to receive help and support. We and our network offer unconditional, immediate support based on your needs. You can remain anonymous.

Am I being exploited or abused?
Some common signs of human trafficking:
- Violence or threats of violence by someone close to you.
- Your freedom of movement is restricted. Your passport or ID has been taken from you.
- You’re not paid for your work, or paid only very little.
- You feel scared and confused, especially if your abuser is someone you care about.
